General conditions:

  1. The Clayton Card is equipped with a barcode which allows it to be used at the Clayton sales points.
  2. Its value is fixed and established during the purchase.
  3. The amount of two or more cards can not be deducted from a single purchase.
  4. It is possible to make total or partial payments for a single purchase, integrating any difference with cash or credit card if the value of the card was insufficient.
  5. The Card may not be used entirely, so it is possible to have residuals on it.
  6. The Card is valid only in Italy at any Clayton sales point.
  7. The Card may be used no later than 36 months after purchase.
  8. The Card is transferable and not nominative so it can be used by any owner.
  9. Essemoda srl ​​declines all responsibility in case of theft, demagnetization and / or damage to the card, Essemoda can’t checks any uses by illegitimate owners.
  10. The Card is property of Essemoda srl, owner of the Clayton brand, and any unauthorized use that does not comply with the terms and conditions will be punishable by law.
  11. Once the Card is used up, it will be retained by Essemoda srl.
  12. Essemoda reserves the right to modify the present terms and conditions, except for prior and adequate information in its stores and on the website www.claytonitalia.com, guaranteeing an adequate term to proceed with the use of the cards already issued or to request the repayment of the residual credit if such changes were to reduce the possibility of use granted on the date of issue of the card.
  13. Use of the Card implies tacit acceptance of these general terms and conditions of use.
  14. Possible legal disputes compete exclusively with the judicial forum of Naples.
